We have always believed our actions and products speak louder than our

The State of NJ sent us a letter congratulating
us on being one of the few companies with no violations/fines for three years in
a row! We take the time to do it right! (It has been six years in a row since
the new regulations have gone into place, and we always pass our inspections the
first time, and never have violations/fines.)

Thank you for yet another successful partnership with Air
Castles and Slides.
All events of this scope have so many items to consider and worry about.
Engaging multiple agencies to appear, setup, monitor the public - the list goes
on. There is one component I never need to worry about. You provide a clear,
detailed contract, show up early with a fully capable setup crew, ensure the
site is safe and suitable. During our event, the safety and priorities of
children are primary. Your staff is totally focused on the children during the
entire event. Entry to the jump is by specific age group- I never thought of
that. "The scene is safe", a phrase all fire fighters [and parents] want to
hear. At the end of the day, the truck returns, everything is packed leaving the
grounds exactly like before.
From a promotional viewpoint, your slide was the perfect roadside eye grabber.
The attached fire truck banner was perfect.
Please consider this an enthusiastic endorsement of your company, the
multi-featured jump rides, setup and an incredible scene staff.

Just wanted to drop a note to say what a pleasure it
was to deal with Air Castles and Slides.
From filling out the request for information form, to
speaking with your office on the phone, to the bouncer set-up and disassembly,
everything was efficient, easy and professional. Every one I spoke with was
friendly, and took the time to address all my questions and concerns.
On the day of the party, the bouncer and attendant
turned up at 11:00 am on the nose and were set up in no time. Our attendant,
Kyle, was as nice with the kids as he could have been, while at the same time
monitoring their behavior while in the bouncer and keeping them in line. We
realized the safety of all the children was his main concern when he pulled
our overly rambunctious nephew, Matthew, out for rough behavior (trust me,
it's not the first time Matthew has been sidelined, and it won't be the
last ).
We will absolutely use Air Castles and Slides again,
and will highly recommend you to our family and friends.

I just wanted to say thank you
for such a professional and well run company. The rental process was easy,
efficient and well worth it. The online training was very helpful. I read
the material and thankfully was well prepared when we lost power. The
castle began to deflate and parents panicked. However, as a
Certified Supervisor (which I bragged about the entire party),
I was able to keep the parents calm while having enough time to get the kids
out safely. Prior to the outage, parents teased that I had to take a test
and I was so serious about my whistle, after the incident, we all
appreciated my ability to handle the situation calmly.
